Role Description The Technical Outside Sales role is a full-time position based in Edmonton, AB. This role involves visiting existing and prospective customers to promote electrical product, identify solutions to meet their technical and operational needs, and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering product presentations and training, and coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure accurate technical information and timely order fulfillment.

The Technical Outside Sales professional will also monitor market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and support customer service and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Experience delivering Training or product demonstrations to customers or internal teams in a technical or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of the electrical industry or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn technical product details.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Edmonton area and surrounding regions for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM software for tracking opportunities and reporting activity.
