As we prepare for the exciting opening of our newest club in Muscat, Oman, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Executive to become one of the first faces of our new venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international sports organisation and play an important role in launching our newest location.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our members, guests, and prospective clients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the club. You will also contribute to sales, lead generation, event coordination, and administrative support, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring minimal wait times in the reception area.* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, managing and screening phone calls politely and professionally.* Respond to general enquiries and redirect calls to the appropriate employees or departments to ensure timely resolution.* Engage with assigned potential new clients generated through marketing and advertising channels, ensuring initial contact is completed within 12 hours of lead receipt and follow-up is carried out in line with company standards.* Accurately record all client interactions, enquiries, and follow-up notes in the relevant systems.* Process payments accurately in accordance with company financial policies.* Maintain and update records of new enquiries and registrations, ensuring information is shared with the appropriate departments.* Demonstrate proficiency in Playtomic, Padelmates, or similar booking and scheduling systems, ensuring accurate bookings and client information management.* Support the coordination and execution of events, social sessions, leagues, and tournaments, including registrations, scheduling, and front desk support.* Liaise with coaches, operations, and management teams to ensure the successful delivery of tournaments and events.* Understand and report occupancy percentage totals for the previous day's operations.* Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meeting requests, including booking meeting rooms.* Assist the support services team with general administrative duties as required.* Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area at all times.* Handle all customer and company information with confidentiality and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.* Experience using Playtomic, Padelmates, or similar booking management platforms.* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.* Ability to follow company processes, policies, and service standards consistently.* Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills such as Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
• How Success Will Be Measured:* 100% of new marketing and advertising leads contacted within 12 hours.* Professional support delivered during events, leagues, socials, and tournaments.* High accuracy across bookings, registrations, and customer records.* Timely reporting of occupancy figures, pending payments, and customer service matters.* Full compliance with company policies relating to payments, confidentiality, and data protection.
