Leverage yourexpertisein credit analysis and lending practices to support thorough, objective loan reviews that help manage risk and ensure sound decision-making. Asa Loan Review Analyst,you’llconduct detailed file and loan assessments to ensure consistency with established policies, procedures,and risk guidelines.

Whatyou’lldo

• Conduct file reviewsandloan assessments to evaluate credit risk and adherence to policies
• Assess the quality,accuracyand integrity of information to support sound credit decision-making
• Develop conclusions and recommendations and share findings with senior leaders
• Identifyopportunities to enhance credit policy guidelines and processes
• Collaborate with business units such as Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Portfolio Management and Operations
• Respond to inquiries and provide information related to loan review activities

Whatyou’llbring to the team

Required qualifications

• Degreein agricultural finance, business,commerceor a related field
• Minimum 5 years of lending experience, including small commercial lending or equivalent
• Knowledge of agricultural and commercial lending practices and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong analytical,organizationaland interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a changing environment
• Working knowledge of software applications and computerproficiency
• Intermediate/Advancedproficiencyin both official languages (English and French) needed

Preferred qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of lending guidelines, credit policies,productsand programs is an asset
