Early Childhood Educator Level 1/2/3

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in their development by implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering a love for learning.

Duties

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote child development
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
• Engage children in educational activities, including reading, writing, math, and arts and crafts
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
• Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities and materials
• Proficient computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Ability to write reports, lesson plans, and other educational materials
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
