Work Type: Permanent
Salary: $35 - $45

This Foreman role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys leading crews in a fast-paced project environment, solving day-to-day site challenges, and working on Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects.
The right person is a hands-on leader who thrives on coordinating people, maintaining productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is a natural next step for an experienced tradesperson or Lead Carpenter ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities.
Why This Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead skilled construction crews, oversee exciting ICI projects from start to finish, and play a key role in delivering successful builds. You'll gain exposure to a variety of commercial and institutional projects while further developing your leadership, planning, and project management capabilities.

In this role, you will spend most of your time supervising field crews, coordinating daily construction activities, planning work schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to maintain project momentum and resolve site issues as they arise.
This role balances hands-on leadership with planning, communication, quality control, and safety management, ensuring projects run efficiently from mobilization through completion.
Benefits & Environment
Benefits for this role include competitive compensation, comprehensive health and dental benefits, opportunities for professional development and career advancement, and the chance to lead diverse, high-impact ICI construction projects.
You'll join a collaborative team that values safety, accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, with the support and resources needed to succeed in a long-term construction leadership career.
