Regional Sales Manager

Go Sales is a top-rated Canadian sales agency partnered with TELUS, one of the nation’s leading telecommunications providers. We specialize in face-to-face residential sales and are expanding rapidly across Canada. We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Team Leader to guide a team of field sales reps, sell TELUS home services, and drive growth through hands-on leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead & manage a team of 20–30 Field Sales Representatives.
• Support and Manage Team Leads
• Sell TELUS Mobility, Internet, and SmartHome Security (ADT) services door-to-door.
• Conduct daily sales coaching, team training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage field operations, including territory planning, tracking performance, and resolving customer issues.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales reps.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with TELUS internal teams to align sales strategies and solutions.
• Attend and coordinate local events to promote TELUS products and services.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of face-to-face sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• A proven leader who can coach, motivate, and drive team performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop business relationships and close deals independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor field environment.
• Valid Class G driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of telecom products and services.
• Post-secondary education or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
