Job Description

Proven leadership, decision-making, and team management skills are necessary for supervising a multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and inspectors.

Overseeing all construction activities for dam components, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.

Provides technical guidance, resolve site specific problems, and review work plans, method statements, and materials submissions.

Manage a team of engineers and staff, coordinate with the contractors, and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Monitors project progress, assess risks, prepare a detailed progress reports, and review contractual issues like claims and variations.acts as main point of contact with the Client, contractors, and regulatory bodies.ensuring construction activities adhere to the project's budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science in Civil Engineering;
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction supervision of roads and bridges.
• Out of these 15 years, at least 8 years shall have been served in the capacity of Resident Engineer.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in the middle east.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
