What You’ll Need

• Certified Journeyperson Electrician or equivalent recognized electrical certification
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial processing, or grain handling facilities
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in industrial electrical systems
• Working knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in grain handling, agricultural processing, or food manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with automated production systems and process controls
• Additional industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices
