Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT Staffing industry coupled with experience in using cutting edge recruitment methods.
• Ability to locate top talent using various online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive expertise in MS tools, combined with effective communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding candidate presentations.
• A track record of proactively developing relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Ability to decipher client job requirements into a targeted candidate search strategy.
• Ability to work within a deadline controlled environment
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently with little oversight
• Ability to provide our clients and consultants with excellent service
