Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for catered events.
• Supervise and support cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Help manage inventory, food storage, and stock rotation.
• Assist with menu preparation and recipe development.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced catering environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for creating exceptional food and customer experiences.
