Clinical Pharmacist - Edmonton Community Focus

Elevate senior care as a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist with CareRx in Edmonton. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between CareRx and local care homes
• Conduct regular medication reviews and audits
• Present educational sessions to residents and staff

• Participate in the development of clinical services

Requirements

• Valid license with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Proven ability to build effective healthcare relationships
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy applications and LTC standards
