The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organised Corporate Concierge to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for our members, delivering an exceptional concierge service that reflects the exclusive standards of Muscat Elite.

From arranging bespoke experiences and managing reservations to coordinating travel and exclusive events, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every member interaction is seamless, personalised, and memorable. Working closely with colleagues and trusted external partners, you'll anticipate members' needs and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Manage member enquiries in person, by telephone, and through digital channels.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, events, and bespoke lifestyle requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium service providers and external partners.
• Ensure all member requests are managed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
• Maintain accurate records using reservation and CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Anticipate member needs and proactively offer personalised recommendations and solutions.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service and enjoys building lasting relationships with discerning clients.
• You'll ideally have:
• Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, guest relations, or customer service role.
• Experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, premium hotels, or high-end lifestyle services is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Experience using reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.A professional, polished, and proactive approach to service delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate members' needs.

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
