This role will be responsible for managing corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, coordinating board and shareholder matters, and supporting smooth governance processes across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, support corporate activities, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

• The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit 5+ years of company secretarial or corporate governance experienceArabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Experience within the automotive, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes
• Experience managing board documentation, meeting coordination, and corporate records
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners
