Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Muscat. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand growth and customer engagement in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and identifying opportunities to improve market positioning.

The role involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams, creating marketing campaigns, and preparing promotional materials for digital and offline channels. The Marketing Specialist will also monitor campaign performance, manage marketing calendars, and support event planning to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in market research and sales-related activities to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work on-site in Muscat and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in marketing, business, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in the region is beneficial.
