Field Operator –

Monitor field operations, well performance and production activities.

Operate and monitor field stations, surface facilities and artificial lift systems.

Conduct well testing and collect oil and gas samples.

Record production, equipment and wellhead data accurately.

Troubleshoot mechanical, instrumentation and control system issues.

Monitor chemical injection systems and operating parameters.

Validate Permit to Work documents within the assigned field area.

Respond to abnormal operating conditions, equipment shutdowns and leakages.

Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors.

Prepare operational reports and update the Production Supervisor.

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, operating procedures and process safety requirements.

Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety audits and emergency-response activities.

Required CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas field or drilling operations.

Knowledge of well operations, production monitoring and artificial lift systems.

Understanding of mechanical equipment, instrumentation, pneumatic systems and PLC controls.

Familiarity with Permit to Work, process safety and HSE requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot operational and equipment-related issues.

Good reporting, communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work on a rotational schedule and respond to operational emergencies.

Ability to work independently in remote field locations.
