User Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. Ideal candidates are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and solving challenging design problems in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skill-setDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;Must have 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design;Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces;Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools;Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms;User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving;Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design;Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Desired Skill-setExperience with motion design and micro-interactions;Experience designing enterprise/operations platforms or complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience;
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation;
• Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability;
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
