• Reports to: Warehouse Manager
• What You 'll DoAs an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery operations by coordinating dispatch activities, optimizing delivery routes, and working closely with internal teams and logistics partners.
• You will play a key role in improving delivery performance, truck utilization, and operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service.

Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Optimize delivery routes and truck utilization for efficient operations.

Work closely with delivery contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and key operational KPIs.

Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.

Support manpower planning and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or distribution.

Experience in FMCG or logistics is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
