Primary Purpose:

You demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the Regional Leader to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.

Experience in Outlet environment will be a plus.
