Certifying Technician (CAT A) - Line Maintenance (Relocation to Singapore)

Job Description

• As a CAT A certifying technician, you will
• 1. Primarily perform certification for the release of an aircraft on line maintenance which require only simple and routine tasks to be carried out.
• 2. Carry out minor scheduled line maintenance tasks and simple defect rectification that are within the limitations stated in the Authorisation certificate.

Examples of tasks that a CAT A license holder can be authorized to perform includes but not limited to replacement of wheel, routine fluid servicing, opening and closing of cowlings and quick access panels etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out maintenance and certification of aircraft handled by Line Maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevant technical Data
• Keeps him/herself updated on current and new Technical and Quality Notices issued
• Ensure maximum attention is given to ensure aircraft on time departure and also improve dispatch reliability by providing timely completion of task and delay management/report.
• Complete all required documentation for all aircraft done by himself/herself during shift, ensure proper signing and stamping before clocking out.
• Accept appropriate training that will enable a more effective contribution
• Ensures that safety rules and regulations are complied with.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by his superior.
