Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist

Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning.

Ensure consistency across all branding and marketing materials.

Plan and execute brand-building initiatives and campaigns.

Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.

Manage advertising strategies and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms.

Create content calendars and social media strategies.

Engage with followers and build an active online community.

Promote events, campaigns, and brand activities.

Collaborate with photography, videography, and design teams.

Create marketing content, advertising materials, and promotional copy.

Support event marketing and branding activities.

Monitor KPIs and campaign performance.

Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other digital platforms.

Experienced in content strategy, branding, campaign planning, and performance analysis.

Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in the entertainment, F&B, nightlife, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
