Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise automation initiatives with a strong focus on ROC Automation, RHEL Automation, and Disaster Recovery (DR) Automation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering large-scale automation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across Linux infrastructure and disaster recovery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of automation programs across enterprise infrastructure.
• Drive ROC (Run Operations Center) Automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage and implement RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) Automation using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) Automation projects, including DR orchestration, testing, failover, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, application, and security teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Develop automation roadmaps, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure automation solutions align with organizational standards, compliance, and best practices.
• Provide regular program status updates, reports, and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational optimization through automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise automation programs.
• Must have solid hands-on experience in:
• ROC (Run Operations Center) Automation
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Automation
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Automation
• Strong understanding of Linux infrastructure, automation frameworks, and IT operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, banking, or large-scale managed services environments.
