HSE Officer

Ensures the Safety of personnel through compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant legislations Advises / Reports to the occupier of the workplace together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent any incident recurrence Supports Project Management team to implement Project HSE Programs Administers HSE Meetings and maintain HSE documentations Maintains and implements Emergency Response Procedures for Project Assesses and reviews PTW for the activities Reviews Risk Assessments and Work Method Statements for Project high risk activities Manages subcontractors to coordinate HSE Programs Carries out daily site inspection to ensure workplace is safe to work Conducts HSE Trainings and briefings when required Carries out incident investigations and propose corrective actions to Project Management Team

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marine or safety industry Preferably possess WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health The incumbent should be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented Willing to work overtime and shift works according to project needs
