Sales Manager – Travel, Trade & OTA (Observation Deck)

Designed to deliver a world-class visitor experience, the attractions offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city alongside immersive experiences, dining, retail, and entertainment offerings.

The organization is focused on positioning The View 118 and The Look 118 as leading tourism and lifestyle destinations by collaborating with travel trade partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), tour operators, corporate clients, and international tourism organizations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within:
• Travel trade / tourism industry
• OTA / online distribution platforms
• Hospitality / attractions / aviation sectors
• Theme parks or entertainment venues
• Strong experience managing domestic and international travel partners.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, negotiation, and revenue generation.
• Good understanding of OTA platforms, travel distribution channels, commission structures, and tourism market trends.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute travel trade and OTA sales strategies to increase ticket sales, visitation, and revenue.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, airlines, and OTA platforms.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including rates, commissions, promotions, and partner incentives.
• Manage channel performance, pricing, inventory availability, and product visibility across OTA platforms.
• Drive trade promotions, sales campaigns, roadshows, travel fairs, and familiarization trips.
• Conduct partner training, product briefings, and provide sales support materials.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and recommend growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Guest Experience teams to ensure smooth partner operations.
