Position Highlights

This internship is intended for university students who must complete industrial training or an internship as part of their degree programme. During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to software testing, quality assurance processes, defect management, and test execution within a real-world product development environment.

You will work closely with experienced QA Engineers and developers while learning how quality assurance contributes to delivering reliable and high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

As a QA Intern in one of our dynamic product development teams, you will collaborate closely with a group of talented developers and product owner to contribute to features and technologies that enhance the value our users gain from Inscale.

Embracing an agile and autonomous work environment, you'll have the opportunity to engage in the entire product development lifecycle - from discovery and estimation to development, testing, and delivery. You will be diving into automation testing, pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities within our cutting-edge tech stack.

Qualifications

Must-have

• A passionate and enthusiastic learner, eager to continuously expand their knowledge and skills.
• An interest in understanding the architecture of business applications.
• Some familiarity or a keen interest in the world of testing
• Basic understanding of Git for collaboration work with the team. Good-to-have:
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Exposure to Cypress or any automation testing tool
• Understanding of manual testing — functional and integration testing
• Basic knowledge of APIs
• Completed coursework or projects in JavaScript Soft Skills:
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Attention to details
• Eagerness to engage in discussion, sharing ideas and listen and learn from others
• Proactive in problem solving
• Solid Team player
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Education

Undergraduate from a relevant bachelor's degree programme (Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field)
