As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to deliver people strategies that support organizational goals. This role acts as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities while ensuring best-practice people management, employee engagement, and compliance.

This role balances care and accountability, combining strong people advocacy with practical, business-focused HR solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Masters or Degree in any field.

5 to 7 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders.

Experience in driving HR initiatives and programmes that improve organizational effectiveness.

Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analytics tools.
