Professionally introduce BELLS, its training programmes, and corporate learning solutions to potential clients.

Communicate the value of relevant training programmes in relation to business needs, workforce upgrading, productivity, staff development, and capability building.

Identify the appropriate contact person within each organisation and build initial rapport with corporate stakeholders.

Training Needs Identification and Programme RecommendationAsk relevant questions to understand the company’s training priorities, employee development needs, and possible skills gaps.

Recommend suitable BELLS training programmes based on the organisation’s sector, workforce profile, and training objectives.

Explain key programme benefits, funding support where applicable, delivery options, and relevance to corporate training needs using approved information and materials.

Handle initial questions or objections from corporate prospects in a professional and consultative manner.

Follow up with prospects who require further information before agreeing to an appointment.

Appointment Setting and Sales Team SupportSecure appointments for the Singapore sales team to meet corporate clients either physically or virtually.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

Provide clear and accurate background information on each prospect before the appointment, including contact details, training interests, decision-maker profile, and any stated needs.

Support sales and marketing campaigns by calling assigned company lists and promoting selected training programmes.

Performance TargetsAchieve daily and weekly outbound call targets.

Meet monthly appointment-setting targets with qualified corporate prospects.

Generate quality leads from companies with potential training needs.

Contribute to sales pipeline growth through professional and consultative engagement.

Work towards commission-based incentives tied to successful appointment setting and/or sales conversion.

Education and Experience

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, B2B sales support, or corporate sales will be an advantage.

Experience engaging HR professionals, corporate decision-makers, managers, directors, or MNC clients will be preferred.

Experience in training, education, recruitment, HR services, or corporate solutions will be an added advantage.
