Process and verify supplier invoices and payment records.Reconcile bank transactions with supplier invoices.Download, organize, and maintain financial reports and receipts.Prepare and submit monthly accounting documents.Maintain accurate filing and proper record management.Assist with e-Invoice administration and other accounting-related tasks.
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written).Basic knowledge of SQL Accounting Software.Familiarity with the LHDN MyInvois Portal and e-Invoice processes is an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized with good time management skills.Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
