Payroll & Billing Administrator

We're partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Payroll & Billing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing

Manage payroll runs for assigned clients. Work with regional payroll requirements: compliance, calculations, and local regulations (training provided). Transfer payroll data from Excel or client systems into internal platforms. Spot errors, flag issues, and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalised. Handle client queries and escalate when needed. Generate invoices post-payroll.

Collaborate with the Singapore team and other regional payroll and customer care teams. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll learn quickly, gain exposure to multiple clients and industries, and grow into a confident payroll professional. Who we're looking for: 1+ years of customer care, finance, accounting, or payroll experience. Detail-oriented - payroll accuracy is critical.

Strong written and verbal English. Excellent time management and multitasking. Customer-focused, proactive, and open to learning. Bonus: prior exposure to HK/SG payroll or multi-country payroll.
