The incumbent will be contributing to tax compliance work for the dedicated CBUs in Greater China market. Facilitate in both internal and external tax reporting and to assist in tax projects and internal tax planning.

Responsibilities

Tax Compliance and Reporting

• Prepare both direct and indirect tax returns and ensure they are lodged before their statutory due date.
• Prepare tax computations as required to file for tax payments in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare and finalize annual statutory and tax disclosures with local tax teams.
• Execute internal tax reporting, forecast and analysis, as well as tax provision.

Tax Planning and Projects

• Provide the local tax team to provide tax related advisory.
• Support the local tax team on tax planning projects and tax risks management.
• Support and coordinate in cross-function projects.

Transfer Pricing (TP) Reporting and Planning

• Assist local tax team on routine TP documentation.
• Support the TP review based on the global schedule.
• Support ad-hoc TP / benchmark studies.

Relationship with Authorities

• Support in dealing with tax audit and tax defense.

Internal Control / Learning

• Prepare and SOPs to document tax positions and work processes.
• Keep updated internal control procedures and provide documents for DanGo. About you
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in taxation.
• Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred but not mandatory.Exposure to multinational corporation (MNC) environments and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous.
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
• Possesses effective communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
