What you'll do

• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling sessions, securing venues, managing materials, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Champion the use of LinkedIn Learning resources for HQ employees by curating relevant courses, tracking engagement metrics, and promoting continuous professional development.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and stakeholders to ensure training programmes are aligned with organisational objectives and address evolving business needs.
• Monitor feedback from participants after each session to assess satisfaction levels, identify gaps in knowledge transfer, and refine future offerings accordingly.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities for submission to the Head of HR, highlighting achievements, challenges faced, and recommendations for further improvement.
