About the Role

Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused COE Specialist I (Japanese Speaker) to join our growing operations team. The successful candidate will manage complex customer escalations, provide expert-level support, investigate critical issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve complex escalated customer cases.
• Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain high-quality standards and accurate case documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while meeting service level expectations.

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service / Contact Centre experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working hours may vary based on business requirements.

Working ArrangementFirst 3 Months (Probation)

• Work From Office (WFO)

After Probation

• Work From Home (WFH): Monday & Friday
• Work From Office (WFO): Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM9,000 – RM10,000
• KPI Allowance: RM300 per month
• Medical and employment benefits as per company policy

Interview Process

• SVAR Assessment (A2)
• 1st Round Interview (Operations Team)
• 2nd Round Interview (Client)

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
