Position: Marketing Communications Executive (Graphic Design)

Working Location: 1, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Selangor

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 10am – 7pm.

Salary: Basic up to RM3,180 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Key Responsibilities

As part of the dynamic Lending Operations Team, we are looking for a passionate candidate with creative and transformative mindset to be part of Financial Group. Here is the main job scope but we require you to keep an open minded to embrace the challenges when additional assignment is offered:

• Craft communication plans to effectively convey GFG products to Drivers/Delivery/ Merchant-partners/Consumer
• Create visually stunning and engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to in-app message, brochure, infographics, snippets, and social media content for GFG Lending products
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals for all marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure end-to-end oversight of the communication setup process within the designated timeline
• Provide meticulous recording and filing of all communication plan/visual/ creatives done by department
• Support in the analysis of the performance of communication strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness, reach and conversion.
• Assist in the planning and execution of GFG Events
• Observing market trends and future trends by staying abreast of creative developments to maintain the standard of creativity in all assigned creative projects
• Ability to re-prioritize and adapt to an exciting, ever-changing environment.

The must haves

• Must possess at least a Diploma in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in various Adobe Creative Suits products (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and etc) and Google Workspace
• Basic HTML coding knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of SQL/ Phyton / Microsoft BI / Google Script / any scripting language is an added advantage.
• Passionate about communication and design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences in English, Malay and Mandarin (added advantage) languages
• Can thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented teams under minimal supervision.
