1. Daily Operations & Schedule ManagementManage daily correspondence, emails, and calendars to optimize team schedules.

Communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with internal and external parties.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) for document preparation and email communication.2. General Admin & Information ManagementPerform accurate and timely data entry into various reports, databases, and administrative systems.

Assist in the preparation of basic reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Ensure high attention to detail in maintaining organized filing systems and digital records.

Coordinate straightforward travel arrangements for management and staff.3. Workflow & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate logistics and documentation with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks from start to completion.

Prioritize workloads effectively to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks promptly using strong problem-solving skills.

Academic: At least SPM/"O" Level with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language: Mandarin and English written and verbal literacy are mandatory

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry, basic reporting, and email management.
