Job Description

• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team in Kuala Lumpur to support the company’s growth and project pipeline.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies specific to the KL market to achieve and exceed regional sales goals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft impactful campaigns and organize events that support project launches and enhance brand visibility.
• Take a lead role in the strategic planning and execution of new property project launches within the region.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Provide regular performance updates and sales reports to the Head of Sales Department.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
