Rental Sales Agent

1. Check car keys against vehicle avail chart from the previous shift to ensure no missing vehicle/ keys at station.

2. Update daily manifest (new bookings, reserved cars/ request, due back vehicles).

3. Check & keep soft copy on VRSMENU for report nos. 01. 03 & 04.

4. Ensure cars are ready for booking, walk in and sufficient vehicles for the next day.

5. Check on rental agreement and follow up with client for any extension of rental and to ensure on c/card valid upon extension.

6. Answering phone calls and assist customer for any bookings required directly.

7. Deliver or collect car upon required by client.

8. Attend to client during check out and check in with explanation of Avis SOP information given to client to avoid any dispute after rental.

9. Attend breakdown when necessary.

10. Vehicles due inspection to request log book.

11. Check and arrange for vehicle to go for routine service.

12. Assist on doing inspection when necessary/ assigned by superior.

13. Update monthly report & gasoline report on daily basis.

14. Transfer cars to outstation when need arises.

15. Daily Activity Report.

16. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
