Teaching Assistant

Manage the the day-to-day operation, administration and communication of an education institution.

Assist in the daily school duties eg. breaktime, lunch serving, dismissal etc.

Capable to perform teaching and relief classes when necessary.

Responsible to check and ensure quality of work submitted by teachers.

Coordinate with teachers and parents regularly to resolve issues or provide feedback.

Prepare paperwork eg quotation, invoice, timetable, report card, quiz/exam, printing, sorting, filing etc.

Prepare marketing materials and social media posts to support enrolment and parents engagement.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent.

Excellent organization skills, classroom management and communications skills.

Able to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Computer literate with Microsoft Office.

Proficient in English.

Age below 35. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.5.5 day workPossess own transport.
