Customer Relations Officer

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide information about company products and services.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.Maintain customer records and update account information.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.Gather customer feedback and report to management.

Diploma in any field.Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.A proactive and customer-focused attitude.Experience to use CRM
