Registered Staff Nurse

Speedoc seeks a full-time Registered Nurse where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing general nursing duties during house call visits.
• Ensuring the delivery of safe and competent nursing care in compliance with standards of practice.
• Assisting and accompanying doctors during home medical visits.
• Conducting health promotion, health screening, and counseling services.
• Updating and maintaining SOPs for nursing procedures to deliver hospital-level care at home.
• Ensuring accurate registration of patients in electronic medical records.
• Managing medication and medical equipment supplies for home visits.
• Ensuring patient satisfaction through excellent service and nursing delivery.
• Demonstrating a flexible work style with a willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Introducing and facilitating training programs to enhance Speedoc’s ground nursing team.
• Monitoring budget and expenditures for efficient use of consumables.
• Assisting with nursing requests on an ad-hoc basis.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

• Ability to administer medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Experience in monitoring patients’ conditions and responding to changes in health.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Registered Nurse license in Malaysia (Valid APC from Malaysia Nursing Board).
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in nursing or related field.
• Preferred: Experience working in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Must have own transport and a valid license.
