I’m partnering with a leading, award-winning healthcare group headquartered in Malaysia. They have a robust and expanding clinic network across APAC and are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to drive their next phase of growth.

about the job

Reports to : Group CEO

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Mode : Hybrid

Timeline to onboard : Immediate

• plan and execute annual marketing strategies to hit business revenue targets.
• deep familiarity in insurance and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) networks.
• partner with surgeons, counselors, and clinic managers to boost conversion rates.
• lead all digital growth channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and website optimization).
• build personal surgeons branding and leadership initiatives for the medical team.

about the criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant discipline.
• An MBBS qualification is highly preferred.
• Ideally 7–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or private hospital networks is highly preferred.
