Design and implement cutting-edge data solutions using Databricks platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data solutions that meet those needs.

Develop and maintain data architecture best practices and standards.

Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in data architecture and Databricks best practices.

Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Databricks and data technologies to drive innovation and improvements in data solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues, providing effective and efficient solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving data architecture and enhancing data-driven decision making.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for data solutions and processes.

Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to ensure data solutions align with overall enterprise architecture.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform and guide data architecture decisions.

Participate in project planning and estimation, providing expertise and recommendations on data solutions.

Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies in data architecture.

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the organization through presentations, articles, and training sessions.
