About the Role

Join our dynamic team to lead and execute landscape and event projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and contractors to deliver creative, sustainable, and high-quality designs that enhance company's iconic spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage events and projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for seamless project delivery.
• Assist the VP in managing design and innovation matters, including research on trends and construction details.
• Produce creative concepts, design development visuals, and presentation materials.
• Prepare design intents, material selections, and cost estimates from concept to development stages.
• Attend meetings and site inspections; communicate effectively with users, consultants, and contractors.
• Inspect project sites regularly to ensure safety and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Support planning related to marketing, sustainability, finance, and maintenance.
• Review and verify all landscape-related documents, drawings, and tenders.
• Collaborate closely with Group departments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Follow up with users post-project to ensure satisfaction and maintain future business relationships.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Manage landscape-related tasks linked to compant's software systems (Ariba, GCP, SAP, etc.).

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture with at least 7 years of experience in the related field.
• Strong ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and preferably SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel weekly to Genting Highlands or other sites.
• Willing to work on weekends occasionally, especially during event setups.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
