Lead the introduction of new products and processes into production lines.

Ensure smooth integration of new technologies into existing processes.

Develop and implement testing and validation procedures for new products.

Identify potential risks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the NPI process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Conduct feasibility studies and provide input on design for manufacturability.

Train and mentor junior engineers on NPI processes and procedures.

Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to NPI processes.

Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.

Take ownership of NPI projects and ensure timely completion.

Continuously evaluate and optimize NPI processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
