Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners).

Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing software is an advantage.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
