Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend
- Backend Development: build and optimize backend systems using PHP (Hyperf / Laravel or other MVC frameworks), MySQL, and Redis; may also contribute to Java, Python, Go, or Node.js stacks for APIs and business logic
- Frontend Development: develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js)
- API Development: design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- AI Application Development: develop and deploy AI-powered applications including LLM integrations, AI Agents, chatbots, workflow automation, and intelligent assistants
- AI Service Integration: integrate AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or other LLMs
- AI-Assisted Development: proficiently use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to write, complete, and debug code — quickly understanding requirements, generating code skeletons, and shipping them
- Database Operations: perform database design and CRUD (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB); write and optimize SQL; improve database efficiency, scalability, and security
- Code Quality: review, test, and correct AI-generated code — understanding its principles rather than copying blindly — keeping code clean, readable, maintainable, and runnable; follow best practices and participate in code reviews
- Bug Fixing & Testing: locate and fix defects across the full stack; write basic unit tests; support integration and self-testing
- Version Control: use Git / GitLab for commits, branch management, and collaborative development
- Collaboration & Documentation: work with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams; write technical documentation; deliver high-quality software
- Continuous Learning: keep learning new technologies and AI-tooling best practices (prompt techniques, tool usage) to improve AI-assisted development
Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend, with deep involvement in building AI-powered applications. You will leverage AI coding tools to boost productivity while being able to review and refine AI-generated code, working on cutting-edge areas such as LLM integrations, AI Agents, chatbots, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking team members
- Full-stack development experience; command of at least one backend language and one frontend frameworkStrong experience with:
- PHP (Hyperf / Laravel or other MVC frameworks)
- MySQL, Redis
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js
- RESTful API development, Git version control
- Basic database and networking knowledge
- Familiar with or willing to deeply use AI coding tools (Copilot / Cursor); able to read and judge the correctness of AI-generated code rather than copy it blindly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast learner, responsible; able to work independently and collaborate effectivelyPreferred / Plus
- Experience with Nginx, Linux, and Docker
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
- Knowledge of AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP)
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, prompt engineering, function calling, and AI workflow automation is preferredExperience
- 1–2 years of experience or solid project / internship experience (junior); candidates with proven full-stack experience may map to a more senior level
