Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise ERP Transformation)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
Create As-Is and To-Be business process documentation (BPMN/UML preferred).
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD/SRS), user stories, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and automation.
Support ERP/COTS/SaaS solution evaluation and fit-gap analysis.
Assist in RFI/RFP preparation and vendor evaluation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and knowledge transfer.
Present project progress to senior stakeholders and management.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
15+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Minimum 3 years leading enterprise transformation or ERP implementation projects.
Experience in at least 3 enterprise-wide system implementation/replacement projects.
Strong experience preparing BRD, FSD/SRS, RTM, business process documentation, and gap analysis.
Experience with RFI/RFP, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, Business Process Re-engineering, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Visio, Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Experience in ERP transformation projects.
Experience working with government, statutory, or regulatory organizations is a plus.
