What You'll Do

🎯 Source and connect with top talents through various recruitment channels

📝 Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs

📄 Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify the best candidates

🤝 Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications

📝 Provide feedback and support throughout the recruitment process

📊 Keep recruitment records organized and up to date in our ATS

🗣️ Build relationships with candidates and create a positive, seamless hiring experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For

✅ Any Bachelor's degree

✅ Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
