Senior HR Executive (Rm6-9k) (Fintech Industry)

• Handle Recruitment for the company
• Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including but not limited to account creation for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.Provide General Administrative Support to the company, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of office supplies, and replenishing pantry items.Responsible for Recruitment Projects
• Prepare HR-related Letters and Memos
• Manage Labor Contracts and Employee Filing
• Perform Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by the manager.

At least 2-3 year of HR experience.Those with CFD / FX / Fintech Industry are preferred Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin.Diploma or higher education is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Familiar with Employment Law, HR policies, and procedures.Experience in various recruitment and resource management.

Basic Salary RM 6,000 - RM 9，000EPF, Sosco, EIS
