Senior Legal Executive (In-house) (Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to provide legal support on a temporary basis for a period of six (6) months. The successful candidate will assist in contract management, legal advisory matters, legal research, and coordination with external counsel to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and provide legal advice on commercial contracts, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations and commercial activities.
• Support internal departments on legal documentation and compliance-related matters.
• Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in legal practice and/or an in-house legal function.
• Strong legal knowledge with sound understanding of commercial and corporate law.
• Proficient in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
