What We're Looking For

✅ Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

✅ 0–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration (local or international experience is welcome)

✅ Strong analytical and numerical skills

✅ Good communication and negotiation abilities

✅ Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

✅ Knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BQ) preparation, with a willingness to learn and adapt

✅ English ability of IELTS Band 8 or equivalent.
