Position

Senior Project Manager – Quorum Software, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Work model: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle – Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure.

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Collaborate daily with clients to gather business and technical specifications for next‑generation software solutions.

Implement best practices in Software Project Management and devise innovative solutions to delivery challenges.

Build long‑term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Partner with Sales, Technical, and Service Delivery teams for effective cross‑functional cooperation.

Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Participate in configuration, enhancement, and testing phases of software development and implementation.

Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate release software into client environments.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business from an accredited university.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Project Management of Software Solutions.

Domain knowledge in the Energy/Oil & Gas Industry is welcomed.

Demonstrated experience in Software Implementation and managing an implementation team.

Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or CBAP are added advantages.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.

Strong collaborator capable of working across functions and with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Customer‑service oriented mindset focusing on continuous improvement of service delivery.

Fluency in written and verbal English.

Model of Work: Hybrid.

Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Malaysia is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
